"Seagrass is a lovely property,it was spotlessly clean and nice and warm for our arrival. It's a very short walk from the property to miles of brilliant beach,as well as the coastal path which takes you past some great wetlands with a big variety of Birdlife.As we were there out of season there was only one pub open,the Creek Tavern, but it was the most friendly welcoming place we've been to."

Lovely hosts, Colin and Gina Ash, fabulous, comfortable and spotlessly clean cottage and, oh, so quiet. Set in beautiful gardens with a duck pond to the rear of the decked areas to the cottages (all private). Could have sat out for hours just enjoying the peace and location. Wonderful full size snooker table (have so much to learn!), darts board and books. Can't wait to...

"The cottage's facilities are exceptional & the owner most helpful and friendly. The only drawback is vehicular access, which could be difficult for larger cars. It is a lovely, quiet village for those wanting peace & relaxation. While for families and the young at heart, all the beach/resort activity you could want is only 15 minutes away."

"We had a lovely holiday, the cottage was very clean and homely. Very spacious. The owners were really friendly and happy to help with any questions. The grounds had an area to play football as well as a small meadow to walk the dog early in the morning. A short drive to a dog friendly beach and skegness, lots to do for the week."
