“The property was clean and tidy and couldn't be faulted. The problem was with their check in procedure. Phone a number which took nearly 20 minutes to get answered requiring repeated redialling. After getting the key to the room, it turned out the wrong key had been put in the keysafe box.....so... another phone call to their help desk, this time taking 25 minutes to eventually get answered. Once that was finally sorted out, all in all over 45 minutes, i ended up being late for my appointment……

“I chose this hotel because of the good reviews I read but I was very disappointed. The room was dusty and the bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned since it was last used in summer last year. Upon entering the room I called the receptionist attention to the show him the broken television and he promise to have a maintenance sort. I showed him the dirty bathroom, windows and tables but he insisted that they were cleaned prior to us coming. Throughout our stay no one came sort the tv. I……

“Room 3 Curtains not blinds that flap about even when windows closed. Bright lights outside makes it then flashing the room. Poor outdated bathroom with bad bath shower. Water not hot. Noise from interlocking bathroom next door. No sound proofing. Girl in reception was very good, welcoming and helpful. ”

“English breakfast and cereals. Could do with fresh fruit and pastries. Chair was very old in room and bathroom was super tight. Parking was free and good but amenities need improvement ”
