"This property was the perfect stay! There is a beautiful beach and restaurant that is walking distance from the villa. The home and pool was clean and Chad was a great host! Danielle the house manager was also great on ground help she was there when we arrived and was available for any questions, she also helped us find a great reliable taxi service. "They did not describe anywhere the access issues this property has. It’s up on a mountain and there is no proper walk up. It is rough uneven concrete at an extremely steep angle. We had two small children and elderly people in our group. It was very dangerous and my children fell a few times down and hurt themselves even though we tried to be very careful. 2\. We were advertised to have two full bathrooms. Both bathrooms had cold water for several days. After complaining several times the owners...

"The Atrium is a nice hotel and a great location. It's a 30 second walk to the beach from their pool area. The beach is supplied with blue chairs and umbrellas for the Atrium. Theres multiple restaurants that area just a sgort walk away from the Atrium. The rooms are clean, comfortable and all have a nice balcony. You can either take a taxi to get around or use the Bus and bus stop is located across from the burger king just down the street. "

"The infinity pool is wonderful. Beautifully designed with the area made to look like you're wading on the edge of the beach, plus the view to the ocean is lovely. The rooms are nice, bathrooms are very nice. My only complaint is that housekeeping is TERRIBLE. We had our room cleaned ONCE in six days, after requesting service and being out of the room for six hours at a time each day. Also had to ask for more toilet paper, kleenex, and towels, which is really substandard for a hotel of otherwise high quality."
