Found hotel to be in good location in a quieter part of Ramsgate on the sea front. Parking was easy as hotel out of the restricted parking zone ,it also has small car park . The hotel has a lift to all floors and the room was quite large with side sea views and a large 4 poster bed, and bathroom with walk in shower.The cooked breakfast was included , we also paid extra for a evening meal that was excellent, also had live music on the Friday night at the time we stayed. Outside noise in the evenings with traffic and party goers kept us up late. The rooms were ok but they forgot to remove the many spider webs. Bed was quite uncomfortable but clean and staff made up the bed every morning. Tea and coffee available with bottled water each day. Breakfast had a very good choice but evening menu was drab and normal restaurant menu had nothing appealing. On a whole the staff were friendly and helpful and view was great. ![View of Ramsgate prom from a side room on the third floor. The car park was behind us and was noisy early mornings. Great to have a small view of the sea. The rooms were lovely and clean and bathrooms very smart and updated.Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly without being obtrusive. Hotel nicely positioned and efficiently managed. Bed was small so sleep was not good. Room 409 needs a king sized bed to meet modern expectations. The evening meal we booked was delicious and as it was Friday we had a live band . Unfortunately their groupies came and hogged the dance floor all night.
