"it’s not what you expect for the price. Checking in was not a good experience rooms not ready until 4 pm. No early check in available. We stayed two nights no room service and the AC didn’t work properly. Would not recommend it. "

"The room that we were given for me and my daughter, it had bees. My daughter is allergic to bees. We killed three and there was a bunch in the window. I notified the manager right away. She sent a maintenance guy. She did told me she was gonna refund me my stay with them, but it says right now she’s avoiding me and when I return my calls back. "

"I called after I booked this hotel. I was told I could check in early. When I arrived I could not check in early “there were no rooms available” I planned massages a tiki boat. We had no where to shower after covered in oil from the massage and had to go on the tiki boat like that. I wish you all would clearly state that ITS POSSIBLE a room may be available. Don’t assure the people we would be able to check in early."
