“Passte so weit. Jedoch gibt es einen auffallenden Wartungsstau. Viele Self Service Automaten defekt. Mehrere Wasserrutschen leckten zwischen den einzelnen Elementen. Defekte Duschköpfe im Sauna Bereich. Um nur einige Punkte zu nennen. Auch war gefühlt zu wenig Personal im Einsatz. Lange Wartezeit beim Check in. Auch in den al a Carte Restaurants waren lange Wartezeiten angesagt. In den Buffer Restaurants lief die Versorgung bei leeren Stationen sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen……

“Vi är ett par som stannade en natt. Vi tyckte personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummet var stort och fint, en rolig grej var att duschen är placerad i sovrummet - passande för par men kanske inte om man reser med familj och/eller med vänner. Frukosten var väldigt bra, även ett helt okej utbud för en vegan! Fräsch och varierad med lokala inslag. Mycket frukt! Ligger fint precis i början av Gamla stan och det blir en trevlig liten promenad bort till kanalerna. Parkeringen funkade……

“Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Zimmer waren ausreichend groß (auch für 3 Erwachsene) und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück bot eine sehr große Auswahl. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden (eine E-Ladesäule wäre schön gewesen, da abends und Sonntags die Lademöglichkeiten in der Fürstenwalder Innenstadt sehr begrenzt sind)”
