“The accommodation was good, if somewhat overpriced compared to other pub accomodation along the rail trails; the bed was comfy and the bed linen was nice. It was good to have a basin in the room. The railing for the shower curtain in the shower was broken and needs replacing. Bike security was good and great to have a power point in the shipping container to recharge the battery.”

“Great place for an overnighter as part of exploring the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. Room was a little dated and needed a few more accessible power points. But it was tidy and comfortable.”

“The Toowoomba Motel is okay for an overnight stay. It's in a quiet location and close to cafes and a petrol station. I arrived to find the bins in the room full. I also found the mattress and pillows to be too firm for me, but the linen was good. The tv stations were all pixelated. The staff were friendly and check in and out hassle-free.”

“We only had one night at Crows Nest Motel, really lovely. The bathroom looked recently refurbished and the room was very nice, with bedside tables on each side of our bed (sometimes this can be a missed) The tv was well situated, not too high. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. Their lovely little cat was a nice touch.”

“The plumping needs fixing. The shower squeals and has very little pressure, the hot tap in kitchen needs a new washer. The pillow situation is strange, they are two in one and super thick, and no spares for us side sleepers! The single bed is completely bowed in the middle. The kitchen was great but I still wouldn’t stay again. ”

“The manager was extremely helpful with accommodating us after we were forced to abandon our booking at another fleabag establishment that would've been rated as disgusting in a 3rd world country. We were booked and had the key inside 20 minutes of making last minute phone calls to find another room, not an easy task during school holidays. The manager took the time to offer an inspection of the room which proved to be extremely neat and tidy and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable……
