"Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Toilet was loose. Reported it friday AM. Monday AM when we left……still nothing. Could have been a hazard. The hottub/spa inoperable. Never fixed. There’s NO maintenance workers?? Inexcusable. And there’s a Holiday Inn Express right across the street. "
