Overall it is a cozy, comfortable apartment in a great location, convenient to several restaurants and a great coffee spot SIPS. The window AC units were effective at the end of April but the middle of July proved them to be marginal. Any temperatures above 100 F would make the apartment on the warm side. However the blanks on the bed were thick and warm so over all the cold wasn't so bad. It was nice to have a kitchen and most of the good places to eat were within walking distance.
