Although the outward appearance is somewhat worn and old, we were pleasantly surprised that the room was nicely updated. The bed was absolutely a dream. Best bed on our 18 day road trip! Huge TV and the room was clean and fully supplied with everything we needed. The staff handling check in and check out were so nice. So glad we made this choice!

It was nice to have a kitchenette with the fridge, but the stove was hard to use because of the placement in the corner of the countertop. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, my husband nor I slept well at all and woke up sore. The thermostat didn’t seem to work properly. The water pressure was great and it was easy to find.

A really large room with everything that you could need to be self sufficient whether for one night or several. Beautiful pictures on the walls, just some really nice touches that made it feel like home. Also a small swimming pool which we didnt use but looked nice. Red Lodge is 3 mins drive away to a really smart looking small town with individual shops and restaurants. We only had one night as it was a stop over after Beartooth Highway but would have loved to stay longer! All at a great price.

The staff at the property are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Each of the property units are individually owned by outside investors so the quality of each unit is different. We had issues with the TV. Our initial property did not have cable, and the owner assumed one could stream. Left a sour taste with us. I would recommend the property but not for an extended stay.

Great stay

Great studio room with big, comfy bed and good kitchen area with everything you need to cook your own meals. Bathroom and room generally are a little dated but nonetheless would highly recommend. Only a 10-15 minute walk into the town which has lots of restaurants.

Grossartige Unterkunft am Startpunkt des beartooth highways. Das Zimmer war eher ein kleines appartement mit Küche, essbereich, Sofa und Bett. Es gab auch einen elektrischen Kamin. Alles in allem toll eingerichtet, sehr komfortabel und wohnlich. Alles war sauber. Alles in allem eine grossartige Unterkunft, die man zu 100 Prozent empfehlen kann.

Great place to stay

Red Lodge is beautiful and Chateaux Rouge Condos were clean well equipped and had everything we needed. The receptionist was very accomodating and couldnt do enough for us. The cleaning staff were approachable and did a great job. We had a two story condo with two large double beds, family bathroom downstairs toilet kitchen dining area and a living area. The condos are in a great position near to beartooth highway and the gateway to Yellowstone. The town has a great selection of individual shops. Would definitely recommend and would hope to return.
