"Staff were terrific. We rode motorcycles and it was pouring rain. They gave us each garbage bags to cover our bags. The elevator was down and I know they were getting some complaints but they were still very helpful and pleasant. "

"It was a quick visit (and we had one great weather day and the rest overcast and/or rainy), but were very comfortable at the house. It was impeccably clean and we had a great time out on the water - we used the pontoon, what a huge convenience, and well-maintained. Carmen was very responsive and we had no problems. We forgot our roku stick so were a little limited in what we could watch, but that's on us, and we managed fine. The wifi worked great and there were tons of games for us to play! Thanks for the fun! "This place is beautiful & has everything you need. Plenty of room for everyone. It was almost perfect for us. It would be perfect for anyone that doesn't mind a lot of boat traffic. It's on a main stretch of the lake not far from a marina so the traffic was a lot more than we expected. Other than that, we loved it!"
