Nobody bothered to tell me that they over booked or offered me a solution prior to checking in. I had to call down to the front desk and tell them this was not the room i booked. That is when they told me they overbooked and had no other rooms with two beds. They said they upgraded me to a king suite with a whirlpool bathtub( it didn't work by the way). then they offered me a second room at no charge 3 floors down from my children. No apology, no communication, no working whirlpool. I accepted the second room because we were tired from a long drive and were expecting some space for ourselves.Who in their right mind thinks this is ok? It is not my fault that you run your busines so poorly with terrible staff with no communication skills or people skills. I highly doubt they would be ok if this were their situation. Their website also states they have a hot tub. Housekeeping staff not friendly at all. Front desk Ashley was AMAZING always making sure we were taken care of.
