At times I see Lebanese guys at the reception desk, sometimes a woman of Lebanese descent or similar…. The hotel is not as glamorous as I thought "

"When a typical Brazzaville rainstorm occurred, my room flooded and had to be mopped out. The breakfast buffet was absolutely awful. The chafing dishes containing 'hot' items had no warming and the food was ice cold - eggs, everything. Dinners were good on quantity, average to poor on quality. Closets had only 4-5 old bent wire hangers - no pants or suit hangers. On checkout the network wasn't working to process credit cards!"

Too bad the place was empty. The room was quite small but well it was alright for one night. More annoying was the water shortage but this was due to the lack of city water. Ok for 1 night"
