"The staff is incredibly wonderful. I usually don't complain about minor problems, but I wanted everything to be perfect. Every minor problems I had they took care of. The front desk really went out of their way to take care of me. I suggest to take the breakfast buffet, it was fresh, clean, and delicious. The staff for the breakfast was attentive and courteous. It is close to all the attractions Prague has to offer. I will definitely stay here again."

One pet peeve, the lobby is too small and it is a very busy hotel. "Everything was great but the bed let the apartment down as it was a sofa bed folded out. It felt quite small and there wasn't enough space on one side of it to get around and in to ed comfortably. If it was just one person staying, that probably wouldn't be such an issue. The location was very convenient and the check-in/ access was excellent. Overall I'd recommend, it's just a shame about the bed. "
