"The welcome from staff on arrival was friendly. We were asked what brought use to Liverpool. On arriving at our room it was smaller than I thought it would be for a family but it worked well. The bed settee was ready made for us. There was a small fridge, ideal for the bottles of water we'd brought with us, a kettle, cups and selection of tea/coffee/milk sachets and suger. The bathroom and separate toilet was clean. At breakfast the next day there was a good selection of different foods. My Grandsons loved the pancake maker. The area was set out well and comfortable. The only thing we had issues with, were how rude other guests were (we noticed majority were foreign). On returning on Saturday evening, I took both boys to the pool, they loved it. Not many other guests were using it, as you have to book your session. Towels were provided. Showers and toilet were available. I did notice there was a gym and sauna there to. My husband and I found the pillows weren't very comfy but the bed and quilt were adequate. I did spot some fluff round one side of the sofa bed. The room was well sound proofed. I would highly recommend and definitely stay there again."

"Nice staff and good amenities. There were a few things that could be better maintained, but overall I had a great couple’s weekend away :) I would definitely go back in future. If you are staying at the hotel, go around the building as the check in reception is in the back."

"We had a brilliant stay. Kids loved the caravan. Beds are slightly uncomfortable but to be expected in a caravan and no toilet roll provided. Facilities in the park are great. The swimming pool has some great slides (you do have to pay for swimming but definitely worth it), kids loved the evening disco and there is a free train ride going round the park which was nice. Overall a lovely stay thankyou! It does say 7 minutes walk to Prestatyn beach but the main bit was actually over 55 minutes on Google but a short 10 minute drive"
