"I recently spend a week at this hotel, and I can highly recommend it! The staff is very friendly and speaks english. The facilities are very nice, clean and well kept; there is a great bar/restaurant area with good drinks and food, nice outdoor seating where you can enjoy a beverage as well and a nice pool area. The rooms unfortunately don't have balconies, but they are nice and has everything you could want - the bathrooms are updated and feature bidet and waterfall shower. It's location i very ideal, it's close to a lot of resturants and two shopping centers, also the aquarium and museum are just a walk away. All the things we wanted to see was within a 30min walk distance. The hotel also has a spa in the basement which i definitely worth a visit!"

"They are good, just be aware that they have two hotels, one. 3 stars and other one 4 stars so the pictures in the booking are mostly for the 4 stars building that is in the same street but the loony and rooms are a little bit different, but in general is a good hotel, the staff is pretty friendly."

I can't stop talking about the food at the hotel that very exceptional and delicious, the chefs should deserve to be recognize, thank you to Gerry, Alba, Sebastian, and Lucia for being the best chefs at a hotel chain. In addition thank you to the dinning crew and bar personal Zynab, Javi, Fernando, Felix, ria, Ghizlan 1 & 2, Lucia, Marci, Leire, Laura. lastly Vilma, yolanda for making my room comfortable and Olver, Nildo.
