“Very nice and quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Fantastic sunrise views across the river from the multi-level deck. Overall great location to see the local attractions. Quick and easy communications with Robert. House was clean and well stocked with the necessities. Only a few issues with the house in which Robert responded in a timely manner. I would recommend giving this quiet little place a try. ”

“The check in was super easy. It is a nice house in a great location. There were a few things different from any stays I've had before: food in the fridge and cupboards, a full dish of pet food in the middle of the kitchen floor, empty beer can in the sink, the upstairs was blocked off but the lights were on and a window was open (which was odd to come back to at night), no binder with info inclucing wifi password, if we needed to strip beds, etc. One bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean...

“Had a great 4 night visit with our daughter. Only complaint was the beds were a little hard for our liking, but that’s a personal preference. Overall everything was great. Nice roomy house with a nice outdoor area. Quiet neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and grocery store options”

“We were a party of six, 4 adults and two younger children. The property was very clean and quiet. Despite being really hot outside, it was very comfortable inside. Rick was very attentive to our every need. We were a 10 min drive to the beach (and the beach is really nice!) and a short drive to stores and restaurants.
