The location was fantastic - beachfront. But the room - cheaply done, tiny bathroom, lumpy mattress, 1970s decor. The worst part - check in instructions were not clear at all. In tiny print in the reservation confirmation, buried.....check-in instructions. No one onsite. Was supposed to received a check in code but when I found a "help" number to call, I was told, "we send the check in instructions via text and no phone number was provided at booking." Thankfully, I had printed out the confirmation and found the tiny note about "contactless check-in" and a number to call if problems. I was on vacation and this entire process added stress when there should have been none. And then, the room was basic at best for an exorbitant "beach front" price. Do not recommend.

The resort was awesome! We only wished we were staying longer. The beds were firm but comfortable.

Upon arrival the check in process was terrible. We never received any check in instructions, no unit #, no access code and the property did not have a person on site for assistance. We ended up having to call customer service to obtain any information about arrival, unit and access codes. Once we got to our room there was an immediate smell of cigarette smoke and it was musty. GROSS!! The curtains in the window at the front door area & main outside walkway are paper thin and provided no privacy from anyone walking by. Which our unit was directly across from the heavily trafficked pool access and grilling area. In addition, the back sliding door in the bedroom did NOT LOCK at all!! It had a plank of wood that was lodged in the slider to hold the door shut! This is a major safety concern! Bathroom has a hole in wall. lso there is a dehumidifier in the main living area that wasn't functioning. We determined it needed to be dumped. When we pulled it out it was full of water and MOLD!! The fridge, while yes we were notified on the papers inside the unit that it takes 24 hrs to cool items, this fridge should be replaced with a proper working fridge that cools consistently and is useable for guests upon arrival. For what we paid for this unit, this is all Completely unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The only thing positive I do have to add is the friendly resident there that attempted to assist us while we were trying to figure out our arrival instructions.
