The Hondo Cabin @ Whiskey Mountain - 2 BD/1 Bath Great Location!

My place is close to Garner State Park (3 Miles), Lost Maples Park, Frio River, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, & Uvalde. The famous three sisters (best driving roads in the USA) You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night.
Sleeps 6-9 – This 2 bedroom cabin offers a queen size bed, Full over Full bunk bed, & 3 Twins (Includes a trundle)  full kitchen, bath, heat & air, BBQ grill and picnic table.
This cabin includes the following:
Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cookware, dishes, and utensils to prepare meals.
BBQ pit and picnic table with grilling utensils.
Covered front porch with patio furniture to sit, chit chat, read or just do absolutely nothing but enjoy the beautiful Texas Hill Country views!
Each bed has a quilt, pillow(s) and a mattress protector.  You must BRING your own Towels, Sheets, & Pillowcases (Queen, 2 Fulls, & 3 Twins).
Free Wi-Fi - Country Wifi is for basic texting b/c phone service is not always great. It is not intended for working or downloading music/movies.

  This cabin does NOT include the following:
Trash bags, zip lock bags, & Paper Products*** but we do supply you with ONE of the following to get you started: toilet paper, paper towel, trash bag, coffee. & sugar.

Decent little cabin for a low price
Overall I was satisfied with my stay. I got what I expected considering what I paid for it compared to the prices nearby. There are only 2 reasons I did not give a 5 star: - There was no way to lock the door from the inside except using the key panel (which owners would have access). The deadbolt/chain were removed/disabled. This made me uneasy, so I would likely not stay again for this reason. - The shower was awful. Not a deal breaker for a 5 star considering the price, but had to mention 'cause I hated it so bad.

Quiet place convenient to state park and to local restaurants.
We were the only guests in the complex until the end of our stay. It was clean, peaceful, and convenient to stores, restaurants, and Garner State Park. Lots of space to walk the dogs without getting on the highway.

Awesome cabin!
We had a great time! The cabin was clean and the perfect size for the three of us, we could have brought more people! The host was super helpful in answering last minute questions we had when packing. The location was awesome. We spent our days at the beautiful Garner State Park. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful cabin!
My husband and I, and 2 teen boys, and dog greatly enjoyed this wonderful cabin! A great location for exploring Lost Maples and Garner State Park. The cabin was particularly awesome for our dog. Lots of space to walk around and enjoy "dog life". Thanks for a great stay!

Great Weekend Stay
Our stay was great. The cabin was centrally located to both parks we visited. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. We were the only ones on the property so it was very peaceful and quiet. Definitely worth visiting.

Great place just a few miles from Garner state park. Great ac that we needed in the hot summer. The only issue we had was the shower/tub had very slow drainage (Hondo cabin). Not sure if it was clogged or other.
