Resort was great. The food was wonderful. We were there in the slow season so not much to do outside of the resort during this time but that’s not the resorts fault. This was my third different Riu and all have been great.

Excellent stay for a family and adults. The resort is 71 miles from Panama City but it takes 2 hrs on a highway that I recommend you don't Drive if you dont have to especially at night I say this to say there is nothing at all to do outside of the resort so feel prepared to be at the resort

Everything is good, very clean. The only negative part is the Discotheque region; as far as, the interior layout. It feels awkward looking at everyone in front, feels like the setup of a rooster fight. But on average, it was nice. Do more of the outside beach concert. Thanks.

I loved the different restaurants, the accessibility to food, and the employees and staff positive aptitude. the only thing they don't offer from the resort is transportation if you signed up with Expedia. The shows at night were very nice and they included programs for children as well.

Overall the stay was fine. Rooms are great. Facilities and offerings could be improved- there’s no snack or food counter by the pool - usually pretty standard in all inclusive hotels. Also restaurant reservation system leads to long lines. Something to consider.

Although hotel staff did not speak English, they were very nice and tried their best to help. Great place for family and children. Main dining room food was not so great. The resort is approximately 2 hours from airport and 2 hours away from major events. Transportation to major attractions is very costly, approximately $125 per person.

Overall experience was nice but their term of “international night” for dinner wasn’t a wide variety of international food(could be better) but room was really nice with a great view(soundproof rooms so you don’t get disturbed by outside noise), pools were nice and staff was really friendly.

The room felt like it could use a good cleaning - dirty walls and floors that haven’t been washed in months! The room smelt foul! Food was sub-par at best and if you arrived at the two small restaurants at 6:45 pm you were told to eat in the buffet because there were already 75 people ahead of you! The food at the buffet was disgusting to say the least. Glasses never looked clean. Entertainment with something out of the first grade school room!

Good service, good food, nice rooms. The only bad experience was with the snacks in the afternoon. The Chiriquí restaurant was always full of birds, they were in a lot of tables, very unsanitary.

Great hotel, staff super friendly but the front desk can't help with riu class concerns so that was not a good experience. Hotel is great, but location is not the best for international tourists. Panama city Airport is about 2.5 to 3 hours away depending on the traffic. Hotel doesn't provide shuttle when you book through Expedia, so expect to pay $75-80 per adult.
