“A rather old building in need of a bit of renovation but clean and tidy. Good size bath tub, 2nd floor room with balcony (paid a bit extra but worth it). Small pool on top floor, good sun terrace and beds.”

“The property is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels changed each day . The area is safe to move around and the restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. I loved that the supermarket was only 2mins away and open until 9/ 10pm in the evenings. A great experience, lovely location, friendly staff and always willing to help.”

“Die FeWo liegt weit abseits von jeglichen touristischen Einfluss, so dass man seine kostbare Zeit wohlverdient zum relaxen und erkunden nutzen kann. Und wenn das Wetter es zu lässt, dann wird man mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den majestätischen Pico el Teide belohnt. Bedanken möchte ich mich nochmal ausdrücklich bei Martina und Peter, die mich herzlich aufgenommen haben. Ich schaue gerne wieder bei euch vorbei, wenn ich auf der Insel bin.”

“Everything was really good, the only disappointment was that the spa wasn't available and we weren't even informed in advance. Also, we needed an extra sheet because it got wet and we couldn't get one from the staff on duty. The apartment had everything we could need and the views were fantastic. The beds extremely comfortable”

“In unserem Ferienaufenthalt über 8 Wochen hatten wir eineschöne Zeit in Teneriffa - Puerto del la Cruz. Mit unserer Ferienwohnung waren wir zufrieden. Eine sehr zweckmäßig und ordentliche Ausstattung und sehr gut reinlich zu haltenden Räumlichkeiten. Die höhere Lage der Wohnung in der Calla San Carlos bereitete uns keine Schwierigkeiten, da sie gut vom unteren Ortsteil mit ca. 5 Busverbindungen erreichbar ist. Trotzdem sollte man keine Gehbeeinträchtigung besitzen, das gilt für ganz Puerto del……

“Good location, clean and great roof top bar and pool. Narrow inconvenient basement parking. Hotel’s employee did minimum effort to explain how to access the parking. Next day we use a public parking at 10 minutes walk from the hotel.”
