I had not received the check in instructions the day before but I messaged the host and I was promptly provided the information. An hour before check in I received a message from the host that the maid had left the towels in the washer and that I could move them to the dryer or leave them in the washer until the end of my stay. When we arrived there were no towels in the closet so I had to move the towel to the dryer and complete the laundry upon arrival. The grass in the backyard was a tab bit overgrown. Two days into our stay the yard men showed up to mow without notice.
