This privately owned Luxury RV Lot is set up with a TURN-KEY fully stocked RV that sleeps 6-8. The master has a king bed, the 2nd and 3rd rooms are private Loft rooms with Queen and twin beds.

There is a comfy L-shaped sofa with recliners in the living room, along with a fireplace and large entertainment center. Enjoy the video arcade game with your friends! There is a dining island table and the kitchen is very spacious and is fully stocked with everything you need!

There is a deck with outdoor furnishings and a park like setting. Lots of shade on this Lot! Cozy up under a gorgeous oak tree and enjoy outdoor living at the ranch! There is a firepit area, comfortable couch set and plenty of shade!
Rent a golf cart from the Resort and use the dedicated golf cart parking area!

The Resort is located adjacent to Westgate's River Ranch Resort and Dude Ranch! As a guest in the RV Resort, you have access to all of the amenities at Westgate. Enjoy a LIVE Rodeo every Saturday night, a water park, horseback riding, hayrides, a Western store, a General store, petting zoo, zip lining, waterfront restaurant, public boat ramp, boating, tennis, basketball, skeet shooting and more!

Mandatory Damage Insurance will be added for RV/Lot. The cost is $55 and offers $3000 worth of coverage. The premium is non refundable and is for your protection. Travel Insurance is also offered.
