“Upon arrival, we had difficulty communicating with the owner. There had been a payment issue but VRBO never told us & any messages the owner was sending never came through. The link to the page that was supposed to contain instructions was broken. We had to contact VRBO and get them to contact the owner, only to find out we had to process a payment to get access. Note - the outside of the building and the parking areas are POORLY maintained. The gated parking is wild. People park any sort of way……

“This day at this location was absolutely amazing. The host available every time we had a question about any part of check-in or checkout responded in minutes. The property itself is absolutely lovely. The building and location is so convenient to downtown and the Local neighborhood shops and places to eat are awesome! Detroit is amazing and this property is perfect as a retreat from the busy city! We will definitely be looking at this property for availability. The next time we come to……

“Great host, very kind, communicative, helpful and available. Location was super convenient and room was spacious and accommodated 4 of us (two adults, two children with bed and two pullouts). Parking was easy. There is a coin laundry in the basement but bring lots of quarters. $2.50 for the washer, $2.00 for the dryer at the time of this writing. They worked well. “Great location, however the loft was extremely hot, didnt feel comfortable using the tub/shower it was not clean. The television remote to the kitchen/bedroom area did not work. Living room furniture-coffee table wobbly like its about to break, sitting chair goes almost to the floor. The place was mostly clean it just wasnt up to our standards. We left early due to the uncomfortable heat. There is an ac unit in one of the rooms but it didnt do much for that room or the rest of the place.”

“Great spot for 2 to 3 golfers on a golfing trip near some of the best golf courses near Romulus ,Wayne and Taylor Michigan . Very Clean and nice big back yard . I give it a 5 star .”

“I’m sure the inside of the property was nice. But, when we arrived at the building, we decided not to get out of our car. The area did not look safe. The building looked rundown with broken windows, and AC units hanging out of them, the road itself was full of potholes and trash. The “gated parking lot” looked like a dump.
