This establishment was very clean and that is an important aspect to me. The hotel is in a great location and offers the ability to go to many different restaurants for a good meal. The breakfast was a good ending to a great stay. Staff was very polite and helpful. The only downfall was and it was not a bad one at all was some of the paint was peeling around the door and just needed a quick touch up. Very pleased and enjoyed my stay. Would stay again if I was traveling through the area

The bathroom was a bit worn and needs updated, paint and wallpaper. The corners needed cleaning attention. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We left a bag outside the morning we checked out. They have assured us they would ship it to us. We’re waiting for it to arrive. It was convenient to a breakfast with so many choices.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
When I checked in the guy out, the front desk was very rude, but other than that, the staff was quite friendly. The housekeepers were very attentive and the lady that did the breakfast was very very, very good. The only thing we did not like was when we were first checked in. The gentleman was very rude and acted like he did not want to be there

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel was disappointing, especially for a Best Western Plus. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel, and the rooms and facilities felt very outdated. It was also quite noisy. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and there weren’t even any forks available at breakfast. Overall, not what I expected from a Best Western Plus.
