Robert Castle Hotels

On my way to Orlando FL from Houston...had to stop late at night and they had vacancy.

Clean room/bathroom, decent breakfast, good parking and staff very helpful. good communication

What a Beautiful place! Delicious breakfast!!!!

Hotel was new and very nice. Better than a three star.

Check in and check out was easy and the room was clean. The only thing i didn’t like was how hard the bed was . But other than that i would recommend to stay here.

Comfortable nice place to stay great beds

The hotel clerk service was EXCEPTIONAL! Good location and easy access, but hitel needs to be updated!!

The parking lot was a little hard to get into but there was plenty of parking. The continental breakfast was hot and solid, very yummy. Our TV was having a little bit of trouble but we were given a new remote that did work. The Wi-Fi was pretty good all over the property as well. I would definitely stay here again. Everyone was super nice.

The Inn was very clean and comfortable. I didnt have any issues but there could have been some USB plug in available which there was not in my room.

The Country Inn and Suites in Covington, LA is fantastic. It is a neat, clean and pleasant place to stay. Every staff member I met was very polite and friendly. A great place. I was amazed with the low cost. I have stayed at the Best Western close by and was appalled by the uncleanlinesses. I can’t believe that the city hasn’t fined them or something. So, do yourself a favor and stay at the Country Inn and Suites if you’re going to Covington, LA.

Comfortable

I absolutely LOVE the staff here at the Holiday Inn of Covington. They are kind, courteous, helpful, and very friendly. I would like to thank Daze for going above and beyond in his kind helpful interactions last night as well as Ms. Adrienne going above and beyond in her interactions with me as well. We had an issue with Orbitz, but in the end, i'll always be an IHG hotel member! Thankful for a wonderful, restful stay!
