We just spent 4 nights in a Junior suite and had a fantastic time. Plenty of space, great pool, phenomenal beach. The staff was constantly cleaning up the main areas from water and sand. We liked having the cafe and the henna/hair wrapping right in the lobby. There were plenty of dining options within walking distance, as well as mini golf/arcade.

Very nice location! General lobby area and room was very clean, however, hallways and around elevators were not cleaned daily. I noticed a pile of crumbs and a room service tray that sat for days.

When we arrived the front desk lady was not friendly at all. She asked if it was our first time staying at this hotel, I said yes, but that’s all I got from it. She didn’t say what they had as far as restaurants where the pools were or the bathrooms nothing like that. She didn’t even tell me where my room was or how to get there until I asked her. The only had one bell Man and they made a little fuss when I asked to use that service. The front desk lady proceeded to say do you have that many bags. Of course I do traveling with a family of five. Room was okay it was humid when we arrived and it’s outdated for sure. Pools were okay. We did love the kid pool but it needs lighting in it for night time use.

we waited 3.5 hours for our room to be ready even though I was on the early list, the room smelled like mildew, there was no hot water every morning, yes I said something and nothing was done. the pools were so murky we didn't go in them, the fire alarm went off at 5 am, we all left our rooms to get outside, yet no staff came out to say it was clear, there was no communication at all, I have pictures of ants in the room and rust all over the porch outside along with water puddles from ac unit. we were only given 2 towels a day, I will never recommend this hotel, the only thing that was good was the food, but even the waitstaff was lazy.

Great week with three 5 & under. Super convenient, on the beach & walkable restaurants. Crabs restaurant & papas pizza was the top two!

Approached the front desk a little early to let them know we were there. 4pm asked for my check in not ready yet.... checked at 5pm still not ready yet... waited in the parking lot until 7:00pm still no check in. I demanded a refund from the manager due to waiting way too long for us to check in. He basically told me to go to @$#l so i told him the same. Lost over $800.00 on this trip. Went to Fort Walton Island Resort. Should have been my 1st choice. Look.if your a Karen or silver or silver spoon oil goons from Louisiana or Mississippi this is your place as thats who they cater to. Im a business owner and if these people worked for me at that desk...wouldnt be more than 1 or 2 days. Ive never been treated like traah before at a resort. I hope the upper management reads this. Safe travels everyone but id keep scrolling past this one.
