The living area homes a large screen television with comfy seating for all to enjoy. A queen bed and double bed (for those interested in more sleeping space) await you at the end of your day. In the heart of ROC's Art District, close to East End. 24 hour security. Free parking. Your choice of five exceptional restaurants and bars are right down the stairs and within a two minute walk from your loft. Loft is only accessible by stairs. NO parties.
