"It is obvious that the pictures in the listing were many years old. This unit was dirty and run down. The shower/tub had mold. The towel holder was ripped off the wall and sitting on the floor. There was a slight unpleasant smell to the bathroom. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the door. I had to use the clean towels to fill in the gapping holes in window because the air conditioner was held in place with failing duct tape. It got down to 39 degrees one of the nights I slept there....

Tea options included several herbal varieties. Water in bathroom was very hot. needed adjusting to get it right. Room was small, but I had a single. Biggest issue was finding the place. The Victor NY location shares a parking lot with a restaurant, but there's no signage showing this. I had to stop and ask at the restaurant."
