Within a couple miles of family. Super convenient to Cocoa Village. Cottage was quaint and comfortable, super clean, all amenities provided with great thought and in great condition. Owners had great communication before and throughout our stay but everything was great so we didn't need to contact them during our stay but they checked in with us to ensure everything was as it should be checking in. Location is great for river road access which is great if you are a walker, runner or biker. Only note for guests would be to advise of increased train traffic so white noise or ear plugs advised if you are a light sleeper but it was very manageable most nights. We were in Rockledge to visit friends, and were happy we chose to stay here instead of a hotel. Everything was just as advertised, with plenty of room for just two of us. It is in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance to the water and an easy drive to the Historic Cocoa Village.
