“We loved our stay! The outside was so relaxing and fun. It was a wonderful location and the cabin had everything we needed. I really appreciated so many of the little things- the standing portable fan, the state park pass, the quality plates/cups, comfy blankets and the big tv and electrical fireplace. We plan to return! My one recommendation is to put a pillow top on one of the beds since they’re both SO firm. ”

“It was perfect for what we needed. We used it to get ready for our wedding at. It has a huge fenced in back yard which is great if you have littles. There was a couple small issues but let the host know and he said he would take care of it. It was quiet and had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable and the living room and kitchen were welcoming.”

“Nice little house and nice yard. Bed was comfortable. However, living room furniture was not comfortable. Kitchen needs a major overhaul. Was dirty and very old. There is no dishwasher, which is okay...but there were no dishcloths or dishtowels to do dishes. Kitchen table and chairs were very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be shower amenities, but there was no conditioner and almost no shampoo. And there were no pillow cases on the bed pillows.”

It is located near the university campus as well as train tracks. Thus, we were pleasantly surprised to find white noise machines in each bedroom! That may have been the most thoughtful 'amenity' I've ever encountered in a vacation rental.We also love the character this house had!!”
