The Prati neighborhood is an elegant, residential area—one of the most prestigious in Rome. It’s located right in the center of the capital, making it the perfect place if you need to be in the heart of Rome. The apartment is on the third floor of a building constructed in 1932 in the Umbertine style. Maurizio is the owner and will be available to assist with any needs and to offer advice on how to best experience the city.

You’ll have access to a spacious and bright bedroom with a large double bed featuring a mattress topper, spacious closets, a dresser, a TV, Wi-Fi, and several USB ports for charging your devices.
The room features an en suite bathroom with a shower that has a dual-function rain showerhead. The apartment includes a spacious, south-facing double living room—which is very bright—and an open-concept kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances.
