Secured property, super clean everywhere in the hotel, within walking distance to almost all top sights, and if not , the train and bus were 2 minutes away. Always someone at the desk,friendly and helpful.

A good budget friendly hotel .Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good air conditioning. No breakfast area small lobby but a great little Cafe across the road for coffee and snacks. Close to train and walking distance to tourist attractions. Great restaurants nearby. If you don't want fancy but a nice spot I would recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel because it was close to Roma Termini station. The hotel and the rooms are small, there is no elevator, overall clean. We encounter a problem with the AC the very first day. The AC wasn't working, and we were in late June, after a whole day outside under the sun, and with temperatures of 97°-110°. They couldn't help us the first night but I have to say customer service was great. They came to the room as soon as we called and since they couldn't fix it the next day they moved us to another room. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I would give then 11/10 when it comes to customer service.

Friendly and helpful staff. Allowed us to leave luggage when we check out and use the washroom when we returned later. Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Air conditioning and hot water worked well. As mentioned, no elevator but just one floor up. Very close to Roma Termini and a metro station. Also good dining options nearby. Good location as a base to explore the city.

Great value for staying in Rome downtown. Walking distance (12-19 minutes) from some landmarks, super close to 24hr parking, Termini and food market. Very clean room, good bedsheets, conveniently dark and quiet bedrooms. No luxury- just a clean, safe and convenient place to stay in Rome. I recommend for couples, not so much for families.
