This spot was in the perfect location - a quick walk to the train station and to the Colosseum! The staff were always so happy to greet you in the morning and made us a coffee fresh. The room was clean and comfy. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Our space was part of a multi-unit apartment in an apartment building. There are four rooms (with private bathroom) and a shared breakfast area. The room is a bit dated but great location as a base to explore the city. Balcony is wonderful. The mini-split AC is an older unit and didn’t cool as well after a hot day but we managed. Staff was helpful. Be sure to check for messages on Expedia and add the host to WhatsApp once at the building. Good experience overall.

The place has a great location! It is located near all of Rome's big tourist sites. I would consider this place more of an Airbnb or perhaps a very small bed and breakfast nestled within an apartment complex rather than a hotel or suite. The included breakfast was awesome every morning. What makes this place shine, though, is the staff. Each person we interacted with was great and super helpful, and it feels very much like a family run place, and you can't help but feel a part of that when you're there.

Mario, terrible. Se fou complètement de sa clientèle. Ne réponds pas aux questions, arrive le matin en étant de mauvaise humeur parce-que qu'on a déjeuné 3 minutes avant 8h. Mais le reste la jeune dame du matin super sympathique, endroit bien situé etc.

Me and two other girls booked this for 5 nights during a trip to Rome. Upon arrival we could not get in to the main door from the street. We found the host phone number, and when we called him for assistance to get in he was very unhelpful and seemed irritated. The host hung up on us two times during this. After we finally got inside, we had to figure out how to get upstairs and into the property, as no one was on site to help us. We finally got inside thanks to another guest opening the door, only to realize this was not a hotel but a hostel where we shared an apartment with three other rooms. After settling in, the host knocked at our door to scold us for not giving him our contact information. The next morning we woke up at 7AM and got ready. When we went to leave, the doorknob to the main door came completely off, at which point the host came over and grabbed it out of my hand and proceeded to yell at me and my friends in front of the other guests at breakfast. We were mortified, not to mention scared. Later that day I received a long message from the host complaining that we were "talking too loudly disturbing everyone" that morning, we left a light and the A/C that barely worked on, and we left clothes out on the patio to dry after washing. At this point we were so uncomfortable and felt unsafe staying at this place, so we had to book a different place to stay and leave. The host then refused to give us any of our booking money back. Worst "hotel" experience of my life.

Séjour au top ! Attention, il faut prévenir le propriétaire de l'heure de votre arrivée, ça sera plus simple. Très bon emplacement. Nous avons tout fait à pieds.

Die Lage mitten in der lebendigen Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Nur 10 Minuten per Fuß zum Colosseum, Palatin, Forum Romanum u. Termini(Hbf.)- idealer geht es nicht!

Great place, staff, and location. Not free parking

The initial contact was the hardest part of this reservation. The 'hotel' is more of a BnB inside a condo where the woman at the front desk was very rude. After clearly stating that she doesn't speak English, we left her alone. We later looked at her again when she waved us over. She proceed to yell at us in Italian and we kept telling her that we didn't know what she was talking about. A staff member just so happened to come out and see us, and she was very kind and helped us with everything! Please note THERE IS NOT FREE PARKING HERE. It costs 4 Euros per day. Shower was great, bed was comfortable, and AC was much needed (and very good). Close to the hop-on, hop-off sight seeing tour. All around great place :)

This is a great location, they have a great continental breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The evenings can get loud from the bar downstairs (which is not part of this B and B) so bring earplugs.

Ottima posizione per un B&B il cui proprietario dedica un'attenzione in più ad ogni suo ospite! Mio marito ha corso la maratona e per colazione, preparata appositamente al mattino prestissimo, ha trovato il miele e altre prelibatezze energetiche...oltre al gatorade!!! Se non è cura del cliente questa!?
