Oct 18, 2022 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness #### Nicht zu empfehlen Beim Eintreffen ins Haus, mussten wir feststellen, dass sich das Haus in einem ungereinigten Zustand befand. Der Fußboden war stark verschmutzt, Im Besenschrank befand sich Abfall. Hinzu kam, dass die Matratzen, Topper sowie Oberbett und Kissen mit sämtlichen Körperflüssigkeiten übersät waren. Sie waren für uns derart ekelhaft und unbenutzbar. Das galt für alle 6 Betten. Ebenso stellten wir fest , dass die vorhandenen Sitzmöbel stark durchgesessen, verdreckt und somit längst entsorgt gehörten. Einige Rollos waren defekt. Außerdem ließ sich die Terrasse nicht nutzen, da bei der einen Tür der Griff fehlte und die andere war stark beschädigt, so dass es vom Haus kein Zugang zur Terrasse gab. Auf der Terrasse befand sich noch ein randvoller Aschenbecher, vom Zustand des Grills wollen wir lieber schweigen. Da das Haus erst ab 16.00 Uhr bezogen werden konnte, stand auf Nachfrage kein Reinigungsservice kurzfristig zur Verfügung, somit blieb uns nichts anderes übrig, als selbst tätig zu werden. Dabei fiel auch das verschmutzte Badezimmer negativ auf. Unterm Strich müsste unserer Meinung nach, die Inneneinrichtung des Hauses dringend erneuert werden, inklusive der Küchenausstattung. Die gesamte Einrichtung passt eher zu einem Low-Budget-Haus, dadurch ist ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht gegeben. Positiv: kompetente und freundliche Unterstützung der Ferienhausvermittlung, schöne ruhige Lage des Hauses mit großem Garten, Bahnanbindng nach Aarhus. Leider haben wir uns in dem Haus nie Wohlgefühlt. Trotz aller von uns eingegangenen Kompromisse, haben wir unseren Urlaub 3 Tage früher abgebroche. ##### Andrea P.
