“The apartment had a horrible stench as soon as you walk in. I messaged the manager about it and they came about two days later and sprayed the apartment with a highly fragrant substance but the smell remained beneath it. My shower light didn’t work. I told them but it was not fixed. The apartment was extremely cold due to the terrible winds in the area and it is not insulated at all.
