“It was fantastic stay in this property Brand new and well equipped. Also Mr.Ahmad Gamal was of great help. I would definitely come again to stay and would recommend this place.”

The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. Packed my things and left the hotel the morning after. Contacted hotels,com to complain,and now the person says i was the one making advances. Unbelievable, i guess as a woman i……

Housekeeping was exceptional and generously replenished all toiletries and bottle water every day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was powerful. Very beautiful hotel. ”

“Overall a great stay. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The only downside was some noise due to sports teams staying at the hotel, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. ”

“The parking was 10min walk Staff wasn't helpful Bathroom sink was clogged There was nothing in the room at all, not even drinking water. Even in the bathroom, there was nothing. But I asked them for soap, and they brought it when I requested it.”
