Enjoy "Privacy in Paradise" a private villa located in Rotonda West on Florida's Gulf Coast, renowned for its numerous championship golf courses and beautiful soft, white, sandy beaches. A perfect location to satisfy everyone's ideal vacation requirements.   
  
We are proud to offer some of the finest and cleanest vacation villas in the area as well as a top of the line service for guests.   
  
This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom light filled open floor split plan home ensures you'll always have privacy! It boasts a Southeast-facing screened lanai with heated pool and spa.   
  
The master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, closet, 32" HD TV and offers private access to the lanai and pool area through sliding glass doors. The en-suite has a his and a hers single vanity, hairdryer, toilet and a shower.   
  
The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen-size bed and 32” HD TV   
  
The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin-size beds and NO TV   
  
The large open concept living area has 1 sofa, 1 love seat and 2 chairs that seats 7, a 55” smart HD TV , a formal dining area that seats 8 and a breakfast nook that seats 4\. You can extend your living space out via the sliding glass doors to the large, screened lanai and pool area; soon to be your favorite room!   
  
Enjoy relaxing and sunbathing on one of 4 lounge chairs next to your 22 x 12 foot sparkling private heated pool and spa while you enjoy the beauty of Rotonda's nature preserve. Also located on the lanai are a BBQ grill and a dining set with seating for 6\. A great area to enjoy peace and privacy after spending the day at the beach, boating, or a nearby golf course.   
  
Have your breakfast and morning coffee from the Keurig on the lanai as you plan your day! The kitchen opens to the living area and features solid counter tops with a breakfast bar and 3 stools, ample cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, range, and everything else you need for preparing, cooking, and serving your vacation meals. making this the perfect space for cooking and entertaining.

The second large open concept living area has 1 sofas and 2 chairs that seats 5.  
The enclosed lanai has seating for 4 and an outside bar area.  
Other features of this home include full heating and cooling forced air HVAC, ceiling fans, high speed wireless internet. Linens, towels, pool towels and a starter pack of toilet paper, kitchen paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish and dishwasher liquid and antibacterial hand and body soap. Laundry area with washing machine and dryer, iron and iron board and an attached Garage with 2 bikes and various beach stuff as well as room for 2 cars.   
  
Centrally located in this beach town, there is always something to do, some of which are featured on our GuestPass information portal. You are near Boca Grande and several Englewood Beaches, 12 miles to Port Charlotte Town Center Mall, 14 miles to Coco Plum Shopping Plaza in North Port and 21 miles to Downtown Punta Gorda and Fisherman's Village. There are over 20 Golf Courses in Charlotte County, Parks, Local Farm Markets and so much more!!! Come enjoy Florida Living at its BEST!   
  
10 – 12 miles drive to the 10+ beaches, all the beaches border the Gulf of Mexico, where soft sea breezes keep the temperatures at a comfortable level, The closest supermarket is a 4 minutes’ drive. Other supermarkets and restaurants are less than 20 minutes away.   
  
Our closest airports are, Punta Gorda (PGD) – 29 miles, Sarasota (SRQ)- 49 Miles, Ft. Myers (RSW)- 65 Miles, Tampa (TPA) - 99 Miles, Orlando (MCO) - 165 Miles, Miami (MIA) - 202 Miles.   
  
Hopefully you will not need any medical services during your stay, but if you do, we have a walk in clinic within 6 miles’ drive and the Englewood Community Hospital is only 10 miles’ drive away.   
  
The area enjoys a location that is both secluded and tranquil. You can discover the "Real Florida" There are wildlife reserves where you can walk or bike, many wild animals are spotted in the community including Armadillos, Bob Cats and Wild Pigs. Alligators are plentiful in the canals and lakes.   
  
For cyclists and joggers there is the "Rail/trail" a disused rail line to Boca Grande that runs adjacent to Rotonda.

#### GREAT HOUSE

The pool, lounge chairs and patio are the gems of this house. There is even a grill. The 3-bedroom house is very roomy with a kitchen well stocked. The property manager (Happy Hibiscus) folks were attentive and responded in a very timely and kind manner. We can't wait to go back next year. THANKS for a great time.
