“The staff was amicable and helpful.”

“Staff is kind and accommodating however access to entrance of property including car entrance is by access code which is booking via a third-party you should get since Front Desk is not always on duty especially at 3 PM when we attempted to check in. The property has been tastefully decorated, but could use more detailed maintenance and upkeep. We did not find the floors, particularly clean and there was somewhere in tear on the paint. The walls are paper, thin at least on the first floor, where……

“Hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dalla reggia di Caserta, con intorno parecchi posti per mangiare. Camere un po piccole e forse, il problema più grosso, è che i cellulari prendono poco e il wi-fi potrebbe essere migliorato. Buona la colazione, nel complesso direi buono e soprattutto davvero comodo.”

“ナポリ空港に朝４時半に到着する必要があったのでこのホテルにしました。フロントにお願いしたら５ユーロ追加の支払いがあったのでそれがタクシー代かと思いましたが運転手には到着時に３０ユーロ請求されましたので５ユーロは呼び出し手数料だったようです。部屋は清潔でバスタブもありました。浴槽にお湯を入れても水しか出ないのでフロントに伝えたらバックヤードで設備を操作して（ガンガン何かを叩いていた）無事お湯が出たのでゆっくり入浴しました。室内スリッパも上質な使い捨てのものがありタオルもふかふかでした。館内に食堂は無いので、歩いて２分のレストランでパスタとビールを買って部屋に持ち帰り食べました。良い宿だと思いました。”

“Zum zweiten Mal war für uns im Palazzo Rosenthal wohlfühlen und im Urlaub zu Hause fühlen angesagt. ALLE sind sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer engagiert, kleinste Problemchen schnell zu beheben. Außerdem scheinen unsere Wünsche auf der Stirn gestanden zu haben, denn alles wurde wieder zuvorkommend und „special“ für uns möglich gemacht. “Warm and friendly staff throughout the hotel, which is literally across the road from Herculaneum. Room was great: large and comfy with effective aircon unit and balcony facing rear terrace. Breakfast was good selection and well stocked. Highly recommended hotel in Ercolano with plenty of eateries nearby within easy walking distance.”

“当时住的房间靠马路，非常吵。里面的房间应该还行，住的时候要求不靠大街的房间。停车场在马路对面，搬行李不方便，但是24小时前台有人，应该还算安全。”
