“Great place, great location, great hosts!”

“The location is exceptionally close to UofA. The house is very charming and has nice old-world details. It is comfortable for 2 people, but it is small. It had everything we needed for our week-long stay. It has the quirks of a 100-year-old house, but it worked well for our visit but we love old houses. Time Market, a few blocks away, is a gem for lunch, coffee, beer/wine, snacks. The backyard is not completely fenced if you are bringing a dog. Communication was great.”

“The apartment was clean and super close to where I was going at the UofA for a training. You have to park on the street which might be a problem during the regular school year. However, it is permitted so maybe not. I just parked my car out front and walked to the school everyday. This place would also be convenient for football games. Bring your own coffee pods and coffee fixings. It does have a full kitchen, but I mostly ate out. ”

“So glad I found this rental, it was perfect for our week visiting family. Centrally located, comfortable and had everything we needed. The brewery/ coffee shop and the pizza place next door were good and convenient. Hope to stay here again on our next visit. ”

“I stayed here for a week while working remotely and as a bit of a get away. The checkin process was very smooth and after a VERY small glitch with the wifi that was resolved very quickly, I was all set to work. The A/C worked great which was good given the hot Tucson temps. Never a problem with street parking directly in front of the unit. The location was such that I could walk to the restaurants near campus as well as on 4th Ave. The place was very quiet tucked back behind the main house.……
