“My friend and I traveled a little over 5 hours to participate in the Oriental Dragon Boat Festival held at River Dunes. Upon arriving everything went as well as expected. From entering the dwelling to getting settled and eventually leaving. The dwelling was clean and furnished above and beyond. The only thing that gave us difficulty was the television station we were told to use. The sound on the station was in and out. Other stations the sound was fine. I do consider that a minor issue. “I stayed in the cabin (194) with a kitchen and bathroom and it was roomy and had everything I needed. The kitchen even had a keurig- so I was happy to enjoy my coffee on the porch sitting in the rocking chair. The property was appealing to me because it had a pool and hot tub, but I never made it to any of the common areas. The entrance is easy to spot with several flags on either side.”

“Place was as described, but there was no television and no coffee pot. Owner gave us late checkout to 4 PM and let us use the propane tank onsite. ”
