"Wonderful hotel in Turino! The staff is amazing and so helpful! Our room was huge and we had 20 ft high ceilings! Huge tall windows! Great view! Very modern and clean! The only draw back was the mattress on the bed was very hard/firm. I think this is becoming more common in Europe. But it feels like sleeping on the floor it is so hard. Being from the United States, I am used to plush, pillow soft mattresses. I had to take Tylenol and Aleve to get through the night, My legs and hips were hurting so much. But maybe other people like things more firm. "

"I must say that the place is well-hidden and it was hard to find, which caused some frustration, especially with my daughter and mother out in the cold, I think you could make it easier for guests to check-in. Nonetheless, once you’re in, it is AMAZING. Let’s start with the cleaning staff, such kind and wonderful people, also the guy at the front desk is super cool and helpful. You cannot beat the location, I’ve stayed in Turin multiple times and this is by far the best location I’ve found. The room was top notch and always clean. So even if the check-in was complex, I’m still giving it 5 starts because of all the other perks. Now that I know the drill, I will certainly stay here in my next Torino trip."
