Coffey House - A3

Coffee House condo is an elegant new addition to our vacation rental portfolio. With two king size suits with full baths and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, you can comfortably sleep 6 people. You will find everything you need to cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer just in case you need one. The gas log fireplace in the living room adds to the Ruidoso experience, without the hassle of hauling firewood, as well as the deck with grill and outdoor seating for those cool evenings to relax and enjoy cooking, taking in the night sky, or to enjoy your morning coffee and the view of the mountains and down town Ruidoso.

Our on site office is open Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm

Coffey House is conveniently located 1 block from downtown Ruidoso shopping, 10 minutes from the Inn of the Mountain Gods, and just 10 minutes from Ski Run Rd. There are Numerous golf courses in the area that are open to the public, and we are minutes from family fun activities, such as, swimming, go karts and putt putt golf.
Our rental agreement will be sent to guest when booked.

No clean dishes. No silverware.. had to wash some to have plates and silverware

Very nice. No dishes were clean. A few other issues i callex about no call back. Woukd give it one more try

Christmas in Ruiduso 2023

First off-There is a flight of stairs down to the entrance of the condo door from where you park above! Access was easy- then you enter the…First level to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which both need updating especially the linens. The walls are thin and children can be heard running up and down the stairs alI the time when there! We feel you should know the condition we found the condo in. It was cleaner when we left than it was when we got there. It definitely was not worth the money we paid. If the owners want to continue getting the price they charge per night, they need to step up their game! The bar area overlooking the kitchen was nice but only had 1 bar stool. (Glad we didn’t have 6 people staying) The kitchen was adequate but definitely needs some updated pots,pans, and cups (that aren’t chipped). Paper towel was I/4 full on arrival as was toilet paper- one bathroom had a (spare roll) then we supplied the rest for other 2 bathrooms-no real condiments except salt and pepper. Bring your own coffee. As for peace and quiet-The walls are thin and children can be heard next door. If you don’t do stairs - this isn’t for you!(Disappointing) On the positive side: Upstairs did have a beautiful view with a couch and 2 recliners. The gas fireplace was lovely as was the view from the living area. The WiFi, television, and grill worked well. Overall we had a good time and made the best of a beautiful town and its surroundings.

Exactly what we saw in the pictures! The place was great! clean, everything working correctly and it had everything one could need, from cleaning and cooking supplies to flashlights, umbrellas and more! it was a delighful stay

Bait and Switch - Terrible mgmt experience

We rented the property several weeks in advance through instant booking. As the stay approached, had heard nothing from Lodging in Ruidoso. Reached out twice via VRBO message with no response. Called VRBO to contact Lodging in Ruidoso for communication. Communication happened from Lodging in Ruidoso10:39am morning of arrival with a request to sign an agreement prior to issuing access details. At that time, was informed that we were being switched to a different condo. No one called to ask or inform. We arrive and the different condo was a much lesser property - dark chocolate shag carpet, yellow chipped sinks - a step back in time to 1980. I called the office and left a msg around 4pm with no return contact. This was a complete Bait and Switch. NEVER rent through Lodging in Ruidoso.

Cozy condo

The condo had all the essentials except facial tissue. We enjoyed the time spent and it was cozy. Loads of knick knacks around if you have small children.
