Frankie’s Waterfront House at Indian Lake! The nicest VRBO on the lake!

Be our guest at the sister house of Phoebe’s lakefront home. This wonderful place was recently, fully renovated by a prominent Columbus architect. No expense or detail was spared. Open first-floor layout with gorgeous views of open water. Enjoy our outside screened-in patio with a couch, table, and chairs. Outside enjoy a gas grill with propane overlooking the water. We try to maintain full propane but in the event it’s empty, there is a refill station at Lakeview Hardware. (10 minutes away) Send us the receipt for full reimbursement. You will not find a nicer home or a better view of the lake. Come see for yourself! You can also stay at Phoebes Lakefront house 8 minutes away and also lakefront!

Rent a boat and hook up to our sea wall with dock cleats. Bumpers for your boat are required.

-Limit three small cars or two larger cars at this property. If this rule is broken you can be asked to leave due to upsetting our neighbor's space. They will let us know. Ask about options for additional cars.

-If boating, the no-wake zone is 100 yards from our seawall. Please respect this rule as if it's broken it affects all our neighbors and you can be asked to leave. They will let us know! We also have a shared dock with a sister property next door. Please be courteous with our neighbors:)

-Our neighbor’s peace is of utmost importance to us and this will be appreciated by them and us. Please be respectful and treat them like you would your own neighbors.

Great lakehouse
We were there for the solar eclipse and had a spectacular trip. Despite the recent tornado, the community was so friendly and welcoming. #strongerthanthestorm The host, Phil, was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The sunsets on the lake were breathtaking.

Indian Lake stay
The stay was awesome. The only thing I had a problem with was the refrigerator. Had a bad smell and needs to have new baking soda containers put in refrigerator. everything else was awesome. Would recommend it to anyone that was wanting a nice place to stay.

Winter Wonderland
We had a phenomenal time at the lake in January. The lake froze over and we enjoyed the serenity of sipping coffee and watching the geese work across the frozen lake. The house was beautiful inside and out. The master bed and bath are BEAUTIFUL and the downstairs created the perfect hangout spot for our group. The host was a great communicator and incredibly nice. We would 10/10 recommend this property any time of the year, but really enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake during the winter season.

Quality everywhere! From appliances to furniture also The layout is great! Views of lake are suburb. spacious enough to be comfortable together or have a couple gathering spots. Nice space for fire pit gathering as well! We loved spending the holiday !

This rental has great high end finishes. Enjoyed the rain shower! The screened in porch is wonderful for morning coffee or an evening of games and drinks. Large fully-stocked kitchen is great for family cooking together without running over each other. Owner quickly answered requests. We would definitely stay again.

Great Lakeview Property
The house was located right on India Lake with a screen porch facing the water. Sunsets were beautiful and we enjoyed the boats, ducks and geese on the water. The beds were comfortable, with two bedrooms downstairs and a bedroom and loft sleeping area upstairs. The owner was easily accessible by message or phone. We had a great visit!

Amazing Stay, Even in the Winter
It may have been so cold the lake was partially frozen and we weren't able to enjoy the screened-in porch, but the views were amazing and the gas fireplace made us feel warm and cozy. High-end appliances, a coffee bar, barn doors, a huge master suite, and so many other amenities made our decision for a last-minute trip an easy YES! Phil made sure we made it safely and our needs were met during our stay. We hope to be back again soon!

Great for our Christmas visit with family in Logan County, Ohio.
We loved our stay at this cozy and well equipped VRBO at Indian Lake, Ohio. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions, and we even had holiday decorations greet us for our stay. This property is modern, very clean and comfortable. We will definitely hope to rent again in the future.

Gorgeous property
I wanted a nice, relaxing place on the lake with nice views to celebrate my 50th birthday and this house exceeded my expectations. The house is absolutely beautiful and cozy. We loved the well appointed kitchen and the sunroom overlooking the lake. Being a cool October weekend we even took advantage of the firepit. Really a great stay overall and I would definitely book again.

Fantastic, clean and cozy cottage stay.
Prior to booking I reached out to phill in regards to only being able to stay two nights and not three, phill was incredibly quick to respond and help assist me. This was a girls trip with some close work friends. As soon as I walked through the front door of the cottage I knew it was going to be fabulous. The cottage was beyond clean and was literally spotless. Phill has the cottage decorated so perfect! The view of the lake was amazing and the screened in porch was wonderful even with the cold and wind. The fireplace did not work when we got there and again Phill quickly responded and had someone there to help fix it incredibly quick. The beds and linen were very comfortable as well. We will be back again for sure! Thanks again Phill for a wonderful stay.
