“This was probably one of the best if not the best holiday resort we have stayed in. Right from the booking and check in, the team were awesome. We were checked in by Mohamed, i wish i had taken his last name as i soon found out half of the team are Mohamed. He was just amazing. Thank you. Besonders der hervorragende Service von unserem Kellner Mostafa hat alles übertroffen. Es wurde sehr abwechslungsreich und vor allem regional gekocht, was uns sehr erfreute und auch eine hervorragende Qualität war. Das gesamte Personal legt großen Wert auf Sauberkeit. “在hotel.com預訂並已付費，去現場確說找不到到。給服務人員看訂單，說看不懂中文，之後就說會處理然後愛理不理，還是我自己轉換好英文請他們再查一次，個人感覺對東方人極不有善！設施環境都不錯，餐也好，適合帶小朋友全家渡的，但我個人是絕不，會再去！！”

“In all the years that I have been travelling to Egypt, I have never met such kind, caring and friendly staff at all levels. The food was good with plenty of variety, the accommodation although somewhat dated in places was excellent in those that have been updated. The crowning glory is the wonderful flat sandy beach with good cover from lifeguards and beach attendants. There was no shortage of sunbeds, so no need to be up at dawn to reserve.”
