“Off season stay not worth the $ Ideally great location and Inn set up would perhaps be nice during peak season. Erica was pleasant on phone but zero staff inhouse--Inn completely empty on our stay. Advertising either via Expedia or Inn itself inaccurate--no breakfast despite repeated welcome texts saying different. Unable to use fireplace in suite as lighting of unit faulty and to be honest, didn't seem safe. Was told it was "an older unit" when we spoke with owner. Ran into a big……

“We booked a stay at the Old Orchard Inn and had a mixed experience overall. The check-in process was confusing from the start. We initially walked into the building shown in the listing photos—a beautifully restored colonial—but there was no one there. After a few minutes, a staff member arrived and directed us to a different building on the property for check-in. It was then that we learned our room was located in another building, which was noticeably less charming than the one……

“This quaint b&b run by the hard-working and delightful Linda and Jim is situated in dog-walking paradise. Capisic Park is well worth strolling to, along with the rest of the lovely neighborhood. Linda churns out a tasty breakfast with plenty of coffee and juice. If you're looking to carb-load for a day of hiking, don't miss breakfast. This is a shared bathroom so be the early bird.”

“We had such a great weekend at Mabel’s! The staff was so friendly and accommodating and everything was so clean. We went out of season so the pantry inside was closed but we know we would’ve enjoyed it! We liked that Mabel’s wasn’t right in the bustle of Dock Square but close enough for a short drive over for shops, activities, and food. There’s also a small beach was just a 5 minute walk away from Mabel’s, which we loved! Can’t forget Coveside market just next to Mabel’s - perfect for a snack,……

“Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. The place has a lot of character, but we wish the owner was more friendly/welcoming. Also, food was mediocre. It has been much better in past visits here. It’s like we were an annoyance to her this……
