“Check in with no frills eg no chat or suggestions on dining etc but fine. Room was so hot - mentioned to reception who said they would look at the thermostat/controller but nothing changed. The blinds are paper so if u need a dark room to sleep, u have no chance! Free tea, coffee. But They had run out of hot chocolate and there was none for the duration of our 3 day stay.
