Weekend getaways in Scarborough

My husband and I had a wonderful time here. The property is stunning. We could hear the waves in our room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again in the future.

I love this place! Check in is always smooth and the staff is always friendly. I really like the room set up with the separate living space from the sleeping space, and also a separate full kitchen area. Breakfast is included and always good with a large variety to choose from. We spent our 29th Anniversary here. We had an upgraded room with a balcony. It was absolutely amazing. Convenient to the beach, convenient to other sights in the Cape Elizabeth area and Portland, Maine. The staff was fantastic from front door staff, wait staff, room cleaners to the managers. They are over the top helpful. Definitely a return visit in the future.

My sister and I reserved twin beds with a shared bath for two nights. The first night we asked if there was room with a private bath available. There was and we were given that room for just a bit more in price. The next day we had to move, but the staff moved our luggage to the room with shared bath. Shared bath was fine, not a problem ever getting in and we saw no one else involved in our "sharing". Staff very pleasant, restaurant great for breakfast; we did not have dinner there. ...

This is really a 140 year old inn, so they don't have to pretend to be a 140 year old inn. Laid back and unpretentious.

We just wanted to have a relaxing family getaway and this hotel served just right! One bedroom suite with a full kitchen (including fridge, microwave and utensils) was awesome. Everything in the room was awesome. Kids of course loved the pool and hot spa. And a nice complimentary breakfast was a perfect icing on the cake. And all this, at a great price!

The manager of this hotel was outstanding. He went out of his way to make sure myself and our friends enjoyed our stay. We will be back for sure. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was good.

LivAway was a very nice, price is right option for being close to Portland without having to pay Portland prices. The small kitchenettes were an added bonus. The property was well maintained and the staff were fabulous.

Amazing place to stay in Portland. The location was great. The hotel is right next to Courtyard Marriott and Aloft hotels, but it feels so much more comfortable. The unit was twice as large as a typical Marriott room about 700 sq. ft which was wonderful. It is Walkable to the ferry boat, restaurants and shops. This hotel is in the perfect location to walk to everything around the waterfront. I had a really late check in because of a delayed flight and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Portland!

This property is beautiful. It sits in the historic area of the old port. It is very close to the waterfront, restaurants, shops and historic areas. The mattress and sheets were superb. While in the old port, we took a trolley tour which took us out to Portland headlight and then gave us a tour of of the old port. You can catch fairies from about two or three minutes walk away, we would strongly recommend this hotel.

Very clean. Beautiful room and in the heart of downtown. Really enjoyed our overnight stay on a Tuesday. 10 minute Uber to airport as well.
