“We have stayed here a couple of times and its always been great. Have never used the pool, so cant comment on that. Beds are very comfortable and its really quiet. Sophie is quite the character and the continental breakfast is okay. Though dont go by the signage in the room, we waited dying for coffee since it said 730 am but she was ready at 6AM! My only problem with this place and it still has not changed is: THE TOILETS ARE SO LOW THAT YOU CANNOT GET OFF OF THEM ONCE YOU ARE ON. ……

“Old school resort. Beautiful pool. Used the hot tub at night. Lovely staff. Close to town but secluded. Had private balcony. Bed could have been a little better but enjoyed our stay.”

“The location in town was perfect with great parking in close proximity to our room. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were beyond our expectations and enjoyable. The only down side was that the bathroom was very small, but I'm 6'4" so it might be OK for someone not as large as I am. Also, the price was right and fair for what was available and provided during our stay.”

“Loved our stay. Our room had a large picture window that looked out onto the water and lawn of the hotel. We arrived during the northeaster so we didn't get to enjoy the property outside as much as we'd like. The last night we sat out at the fire pits and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The pianist in the lobby was excellent, and we enjoyed sitting with a drink by the fire, listening to the pretty music. The staff was so friendly. It was like a family.”

“We had such a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon! From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming & kind. As soon as we walked in, they gave us a map of Kennebunkport, asked what we had planned for our trip & took the time to show us different places around town / things we might enjoy. Everything was exceptionally clean, cozy & beautifully decorated. The whole property has such a warm & inviting atmosphere, and the surrounding area is peaceful and quiet while still……
