What a quaint, historic and reasonably priced place to stay. Didn’t use the neighboring pool, but it was a nice option! Also breakfast was great! It was very nice to be walking distance to the pier and shops!

My friends and I recently stayed here, the location and property itself are both incredible, it really makes you feel at home and everything is easily accessible, the staff were polite, your walking distance to the beach and pier, the free breakfast in the morning was delicious and well done the dining area or porch areas to eat and relax were a beautiful touch, plenty of space outside to relax along with a pool, and parking behind the establishment, my stay was a 10/10 I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Maine !

Fantastic stay here, the faculty were all helpful, getting us an extra pillow on request and cleaning room and switching towels whenever prompted. The concierge helped us with our luggage in and out, and the property was clean, cozy, and quiet thru our whole stay. A fantastic getaway for my girlfriend and I, stones throw from the beach. It was the perfect getaway and we will be back!

What a lovely property! It was so quaint and quiet for an Inn. The property was very clean, plenty of hot water, an excellent breakfast with both hot and cold items, all staff were very pleasant and had ample smiles. They kept the old-school decor of an inn. It truly was lovely…also walkable to downtown Old Orchard Beach and the Pier. I already have a reservation for this property for later this summer. I am looking forward to it.

The room was very nice, no desk for laptop and very old fashion room from the 1800's, but Fire TV and nice bed and pool, The wifi was nice, but had issue finding the passcode, I stay above where they had breakfast on 2nd floor. I had to walk a little way from the parking to my room. It was a nice walk to the amusement park/beach area; Taxes are extra they are not including with the price on Expedia, I believe they were $25, it's a nice place if you don't mind walking.

Room was clean, but TV was not working. It was a very complicated way to run TV and despite their help and many attempts by them, TV did not work. Price was way too much for the type of room and age old hotel building. It smell strange, Staff was helpful and polite, friendly.

Old somewhat charming inn. The staff was uniformly helpful and pleasant, by far the best part of the stay. BUT to get to our room required climbing a very steep staircase with luggage --beware elders. The room was goid-sized and clean with a fridge and microwave, BUT there was no closet (only a hall tree with one wire coat hanger), lights were dim, TV had limited channels, bathroom sink had only a slight trickle of water. Charm without amenities has its limits!

The location is key, so close to the pier/beach. Parking was good. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The issue experienced was the Deluxe Suite, 2 bedroom was not what the photos show on Expedia. The room rented has a living room with couches and a full kitchen. Upon arrival the room was not what was rented, the two bedroom “deluxe” had a bathroom in between with no living room. Not as described. It had about 40 stairs to get to the room, and there was a microwave on the shelf half way up the stairs. While the on-site manager was friendly, but blamed Expedia that the room had been switched. The receipt said “Deluxe Suite, two bedroom” as listed on Expedia but in their system it had a different room. The hotel wouldn’t switch to the correct rental and advised to contact Expedia. It didn’t ruin the trip but it was very frustrating and disappointing. It’s a nice spot to stay but if you’re looking to rent their larger rooms call the hotel or you’ll get got too.
